Founding cohort

Enrollment terms

Please read this before you pay. It covers what you are buying, how to cancel, and what happens with your book and your recordings.

Enrollment and seat reservation

Enrollment in the CreoleLink founding cohort is confirmed when the $497 enrollment payment is successfully completed. Registering on the enrollment page does not reserve a seat on its own.

The cohort is limited to 10 participants. Seats are confirmed in the order completed payments are received.

Cancellation and refunds

  • Through September 20, 2026, fourteen days before the first live session: cancel for a full refund.
  • September 21 through October 3, 2026: cancellations are eligible for a 50% refund.
  • From October 4, 2026, once the cohort has begun: enrollment payments are non-refundable.

If Creole Solutions cancels the cohort, every participant receives a full refund of the enrollment fee.

Refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing time varies by bank and payment provider.

If a serious circumstance keeps you from continuing after the cohort has started, write to us. We cannot refund at that point, but your recordings and your online course access remain open to you through October 3, 2027.

Payment plans

Enrollment is $497. You can pay it in one go, or choose Klarna at checkout and pay in installments. Klarna sets its own schedule and shows it to you, along with any cost of its own, before you confirm. Either way your seat is confirmed at checkout and the price of the cohort is the same.

If you cancel within the refund window above, we refund you under the terms above. If you paid through Klarna, the refund is processed back through Klarna and your remaining installments are adjusted accordingly.

Once the cohort begins on October 4, 2026, any installments still outstanding remain due. The cohort, the book, and your twelve months of access are delivered in full from that date, whether or not your payments have finished.

If a payment fails, we will contact you before anything changes. Access is paused only if a payment stays unresolved after we have reached out.

Course access

Your payment reserves your place in the live cohort. Your 12 months of full CreoleLink access begins when the cohort opens on October 4, 2026, not on the date you enroll, and continues through October 3, 2027.

Between enrolling and October 4, you are welcome in our free community spaces, and your book is on its way to you.

The Nan Jaden Amoni book

The second-edition Nan Jaden Amoni hardcopy, signed by Marleen and accompanied by a handwritten note, is included with enrollment.

You provide your mailing address at checkout. Books ship in the week after your payment clears, so that you have it well before the first session.

Shipping is included within the United States. If you are outside the United States, we will contact you about any additional shipping cost before your book is sent.

Live sessions and recordings

The cohort includes eight live online sessions on Sundays at 12:00 pm Eastern, from October 4 through November 22, 2026.

Sessions may be recorded and made available privately to cohort members. By joining a live session, you understand that your voice, image, or contributions may appear in the private cohort recording. If you would rather not appear on camera, you may take part with your camera off.

Recordings are for enrolled participants only. They may not be downloaded, redistributed, posted publicly, or shared with anyone outside the cohort.

Missed sessions

Because every session is recorded, missing a live session does not create eligibility for a refund, a credit, or a make-up session.

If we need to reschedule

If illness or an emergency requires us to move a session, we will give you as much notice as we can and hold the session on an alternate date, or extend the cohort by a week. A rescheduled session is not a cancellation and does not create eligibility for a refund.

One-on-one check-ins

Weekly individual check-ins are offered during designated scheduling windows. Missed or unused check-ins do not carry over and have no cash value.

Guest sessions

Guest speakers take part in selected sessions. Specific guests and dates depend on availability and may change. A change of guest speaker is not a cancellation of the cohort and does not create eligibility for a refund.

Technology

You are responsible for having a suitable device and a reliable internet connection for the live sessions and the online course. Creole Solutions will make reasonable efforts to help with access problems but is not responsible for interruptions caused by your equipment, your internet service, or third-party platforms.
